- Diagnostic Prescriptive Assessment-
Readiness Assessment / The Diagnostic Prescriptive Assessment by Jill J. Dixon, B.S.Ed., M.Ed. is a diagnostic test available in six separate assessments for grades K-5. Each test is a 4-in-1 tool: (1) a diagnostic test (2) an effective pre-assessment for grade placement (3) a scope & sequence of objectives for each grade level (4) a yearly evaluation, portfolio, and Individual Educational Plan. NOTE: not a nationally normed test for the purposes of meeting the NC yearly testing requirements. $15.98 for each test.
