Homeschool Curriculum – Free for Shipping
Homeschool Curriculum Free – You Pay Only the Shipping!
A home education comes with a lot of freedom in our state, as well as a lot of responsibility. You get to choose how you will teach your kids and who will teach your kids. You can pick the books, activities and curricula that work best with their interests, temperament and learning styles.
Frugal Homeschooling
A creative North Carolina homeschool mom has found a way to make taking on the expenses of teaching your kids at home a little easier; leaving you with options to change your child’s curriculum if it is not working and helping parents find affordable ways to provide an excellent education for their kids.
Take a look at the website and Facebook page that Deana, of The Frugal Homeschooling Mom, created.
She and a great group of moderators host a group on Facebook, as well as a website that will help you connect with Homeschool Curriculum Free for Shipping:
Homeschool Curriculum Free for Shipping (est. July 1st, 2014), a pay-it-forward homeschool community, is a non-profit organization that exists as a means of providing brand new and used curriculum for only the cost of shipping or even completely free to homeschool families in need. Recipients are encouraged to “pay-it-forward” after using the donations. The organization and Facebook group work together as a community with a twofold purpose. First, to serve as a resource for donors who are seeking to donate curriculum. Second, to support and encourage ALL homeschooling families, especially those who homeschool with financial constraints.
How to Donate Books
Donate your used curriculum to other homeschooling families who can use the items, or look for books that will work for your kids. You can also post other educational items.
Donors simply list their items with pictures on the Facebook group and other home educators can search for items they need and pay just the cost of shipping them to their home!
Clean off the bookshelves now and get ready for all those Christmas books and the spring semester:
If you are on Facebook, you will want to join them here: Homeschool Curriculum Free for Shipping . Over 13,000 home educators are members; from the U.S. and all over the world.
There are even opportunities for you to share school supplies with those in need, or for families in need to get supplies for the school year.
The WEBSITE has a lot of great information about how the donations work and you can read about how many have already been blessed by this community which is based on the “pay it forward” philosophy!

Looking for a great 9th grade accredited curriculum.. thank you
Hi Ana – there are some good choices out there and many of them have no accreditation at all. For most of us, an accredited program is not a priority, but if it is to you, then take a look at the high school page here on the website, and then check out the listing on the side bar HERE and see if there are any that meet your requirements of accreditation. If you are trying to reach someone at the Homeschool Curriculum Free for Shipping website, then you need to contact them directly. Just follow the link (in my article above) to their website, or look them up on Facebook. Good luck on finding what you are looking for!
